BEE IT HIVE'S NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS
We are bringing this year to a close with many accomplishments under our belt, and we look forward to setting off into the coming year with the same determination and drive. It is the perfect time to set forth our New Year’s resolutions, and to reflect on everything that we have achieved over the past year.
Our New Year’s resolutions are built on our core values which we strive to live up to in our business every day, and which have been the foundation of all of our success.
Collegiality – Our team employs a cooperative approach when it comes to our work, so we are always there to give each other a helping hand when we get stuck in a loop. Our New Year’s resolution is to continue fostering a cooperative work environment that is based on mutual respect and to strive to help each other become masters of the coding craft.

Trust and Professionalism –Our clients count on our team, and our team counts on its members. We have nurtured an environment based on honesty, trust and accountability since day one, because in order to deliver on complex projects, you must be able to rely on your team. Our reliability and professional approach towards our clients has enabled us to expand to the US and UK markets in 2019, and we have no intentions of stopping. Our New Year’s resolution is to deepen our relationships with our existing clients, and to let our work speak for itself in acquiring new ones. This year has seen our profits increase by 50%, and our goal is to maintain the same trend in the year to come. Each new project we work on is an opportunity to learn something new and hone our craft, and with each new client we get even better at what we do.
Knowledge Sharing – At Bee IT, we are big when it comes to sharing knowledge. Our senior developers are always there to help out and train our junior staff, and we are always investing in further education of our people. We have been fortunate to record a steady growth over the past year and our team has been expanding by at least one new employee each month. We are planning to maintain this upwards trend in 2020. We also offer internships to young and upcoming talent, and we are proud to be a gateway for promising prospects to gain valuable experience and enter into the world of coding. We are very much looking forward to our cooperation with AIESEC, the world’s largest youth-run organization, where we will be welcoming two students from abroad into our mentorship program in the summer of 2020. We also plan to start sharing our experiences and knowledge with a wider online audience and become an authority in our industry.
Expertise – The best way to get ahead in any industry is to be good at what you do, but we are not satisfied with being good, we want to be the best that we can be. This is why we always stay on top of current trends and make sure that our employees possess the right qualifications. Our team possesses the latest Salesforce Commerce Cloud certifications, and we have built a team that specializes in Magento with several ongoing projects. We can proudly say that our Magento team is among the largest and most highly-skilled in Novi Sad and beyond, allowing us to satisfy all our clients’ needs in the best way possible. In 2020 we will keep investing in our employees and providing them with continuous education and certification, so that we can continue offering top quality solutions to our clients.
Happiness – One of our favorite quotes is from Richard Branson who said: “Take care of your employees, and they will take care of your clients.” We couldn’t agree more! This is why we take special care to make sure our employees are happy and satisfied, because that is when they can do their best work. Our workspace is friendly, comfortable, and with plenty of chill space when you need to take a break. You can go hard on the Sony PlayStation, or you can hang out with James, our resident pooch. Since our team has been growing as rapidly as it has, we are getting mighty close to reaching full capacity. However, being the type of company that always plans ahead, we have already begun work on our new office space. Our New Year’s resolution is to move into our new office, and to keep growing our culture of happy and productive people!
